Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your IMPI garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the fabric is free of marks or deodorant stains.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
